Refund & Replacement Policy

Requests for replacement are only valid if:
- The product/s purchased is/are damaged
- The product/s purchased is/are expired
Replacement shall not be accepted unless customer strictly complies with the following conditions:
- The product/s to be replaced is/are duly supported by a receipt covering the sale of the replaced goods
- The items were returned for replacement within seven (7) days from receipt of product with complete tags and labels, with no defect or damage, in its original box, unopened and untampered except for goods with visible factory defect or were clearly expired
Refund of purchased goods is subject to approval of the management.
